1. Decide how many classes you need
The Texas Real Estate Commission requires you to have the equivalent of 210 classroom hours (seven 30-hour classes) before you are able to apply for a Texas real estate license. If you have two three hour semester courses on your college transcript (from an accredited college or university) that are related to the topics listed on the Texas Real Estate Commissions website you can expect to receive 60 hours of related credit toward your salespersons license.

3. File your Application
Once you have completed your courses, you will submit the real estate application, unofficial college transcript (if you have one), copies of class certificates and required fees to the Texas Real Estate Commission . Filling out the application online will speed up the process considerably.

What is a PDF eBook?
An eBook course allows you to download the materials in Adobe's PDF format. You read each section of the course and then log in to take a quiz on that section.
Once downloaded, the materials can be read at YOUR own pace. The quizzes and finals are all taken in our online testing system. You have up to 180 days to complete the entire course
Can I begin the course from one computer and resume from another?
Yes. You may begin the course on one computer and resume it from a different computer. The course will automatically keep track of your progress, so when you log back into the course you will pick up where you left off.
What happens if I get disconnected from the Internet?
If you get disconnected from the Internet, then you will need to log back into your account. If this happens, then you will be returned to the beginning of the lesson that you were working on when you were disconnected.
What happens if I have technical difficulties during the course?
If you experience any problem while taking the course, then please call tech support (we will send you a special #) for assistance. We provide you with customer service 24 hours a day.
Is there a time limit for me to complete my courses?
Thats the beauty of e-correspondence, take as long as you want or as fast as you want. Most people finish theirs in a matter of hours.
How do I apply for the Final Texas Exams:
To get your license/credit: Please understand its your responsibility to apply for your license or credit with the Texas Real Estate Commission. Please visit the Texas Real Estate Commission website or call them at (512) 459-6544.
How many questions are on the final Texas Exam?
The Texas exam is divided into two sections, National and State, and will consist of 110 questions with a total of 2.5 hours to complete the exam. 80 Questions will be National with 1.45 hours to complete, while 30 questions will be State with 45 minutes to complete. You will know if you have passed the exam immediately.
